Staying at the Casona del Patio was a mixed experience. The room stood out for its spaciousness, with a great mattress for a comfortable night's sleep. Access to tea from 5-6pm was a nice touch, although the cups were a bit too small for an enjoyable experience. The grounds were lovely, perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. I appreciated its proximity to several trailheads. Breakfast offered a good variety but still lacked healthy cereals and fresh fruits. canned fruit was not ideal. Dinner was confusing due to slow service, particularly influenced by a larger group. I had to fetch our own menus and the wine service was frustrating. All that said, the dining area had a charming ambiance, albeit the lighting felt a bit too harsh. I did enjoy the value of the set dinner menu but wished it reflected the same attention to quality seen at breakfast. A comfortable lounge area added character to the hotel, providing a cozy escape. I feel that a little more focus on staff training and dining consistency would elevate the experience significantly.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, excellent breakfast options, including a wide variety of choices to start your day right, and the location is perfect for exploring nearby hiking trails, with easy access to both public transport and parking facilities.

We enjoyed a spacious room with a comfortable setup for our family. The location was perfect for a walk, and there's a lovely lounge area where we had fun playing games with our little one while sipping on great coffee.

The room was super comfy with a great mattress and nice decor. Loved the spacious bathroom with a bidet and roll-in shower. Also enjoyed the flat-screen TV and minibar. It was all clean and well kept. The spa facilities were a nice touch too, perfect after a day out hiking.

It's a short walk to the center of santiago del teide. the dining options at the hotel were good, we enjoyed some yummy dinners from the set menu during our stay.
